The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with the ability to manage daily bookkeeping, financial reporting, and tax compliance. This role requires excellent organizational skills, proficiency in accounting software, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations.

Key Responsibilities for Accounts Executive

1. Manage daily bookkeeping tasks, including recording financial transactions and maintaining accurate records.
2. Prepare and analyze financial reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
3. Handle accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing and reconciliation.
4. Assist in preparing tax filings and ensuring adherence to tax compliance requirements.
5. Utilize accounting software effectively to manage financial data and generate reports.
6. Assist in auditing processes by preparing and organizing necessary documentation.
7. Stay updated with financial regulations and best practices in accounting.

Requirements

1. Minimum 1 year of experience in finance and accounting.
2. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields (preferred).
3. Strong understanding of financial reporting, bookkeeping, and tax compliance.
4. Proficiency in using accounting software.
5. Male candidates preferred.
